Worried about my low, blunt nose, I decided on surgery after a thorough consultation
Ever since I was young, my low, blunt nose was a complex of mine, so after a lot of thought I made up my mind to have surgery and started looking for a clinic. Even though I'm a very careful and somewhat picky person, Kowon Plastic Surgery won my heart, so I booked a consultation right away and decided to book the surgery on the day of the consultation. I looked at many clinics while searching through reviews, but the reason I was drawn to this one more than the others was that the doctor has run the clinic as its only doctor for 20 years.
From the consultation onward, I could feel that at this clinic the doctor really takes meticulous care of every single thing, from A to Z. There was no over-treatment at all. In fact, I wanted to have more done, but the doctor kindly explained why that wouldn't work and also recommended the surgery that would suit me, so I think I was able to understand and decide right away. The consultation manager also kindly explained everything one by one, so when I went into the operating room I truly had no questions left and could go in with complete peace of mind.
Usually, from what I've heard from people around me, you don't like it on the day the splint comes off, and it gets prettier little by little as time passes. But the moment I had the splint removed and looked in the mirror, I loved it even with the swelling still there, and I can't wait to see how much prettier it will get once a bit more of the swelling goes down! It's truly a clinic I can confidently recommend even to my own family! Thank you :)

I honestly agonized five hundred times over whether to do it or not, and I think I went to 6-7 clinics for consultations over three weeks. I live outside Seoul, so it's not easy for me to come to the clinic often, which made me decide even more carefully, and now I'm very satisfied ><

You're truly saving tens of thousands of women and men!
At my first visit, during the consultation, the doctor pinpointed exactly what was wrong with the area needing revision surgery (my nose) and told me, which made me trust him (because it matched what I had been thinking).
After the nose revision surgery, it seems everything was done just as we had first discussed in the consultation, and I realized that what I had worried about was needless. You made the best nose shape humanly possible.
La~ter on, when I'm older, I think I'll need revision surgery again. When that time comes, I'll turn to Dr. Kim Hyung-taek, the plastic surgeon at Kowon, again. It really feels like you're saving tens of thousands of women or men! - Thank you

So this is why an experienced doctor's surgical skill is different
My nose had been a long-standing complex of mine since I was a child, but it wasn't easy to make up my mind, so I ended up having the surgery late. I felt that nose surgery in particular called for extra care, so I had consultations at 10 clinics in total before deciding on Kowon.
My conditions for choosing a clinic were 1. whether it was an independent clinic and 2. whether it specialized in noses. I trusted the doctor, who has a lot of experience with autologous rib cartilage surgery, and had the surgery under sleep sedation. It hasn't even been a month yet, so the swelling has to go down more before I can see the exact shape, but I'm satisfied with just these two things: the part that was my complex has improved & the shape of my nose tip itself has become pretty.
Above all, even after the rib cartilage was harvested, I could go about my daily life without much pain or difficulty, and that made me think, "So this is why an experienced doctor's surgical skill is different." I especially want to recommend Kowon to anyone planning to have surgery with autologous rib cartilage :)

A trustworthy clinic. Thank you for my pretty nose♡
Ten years ago, I had nose surgery without any information, just going along with my mother. I had the surgery, but my nose wasn't pretty or nicely shaped. I was always unhappy with the shape of my nose, as if it were a complex. Then, because of weakened immunity, I suddenly developed inflammation in my nose. I found out about Kowon Plastic Surgery through a friend's recommendation, and I quickly made an appointment and visited.
More than anything, the single-doctor system gave me a strong sense of trust, and the consultation manager was so kind too. First of all, they didn't push anything excessively, made me feel comfortable, and let me ask everything I was curious about, so I was even more determined to have it done here. They took thorough care of me after the surgery too, so I'm just waiting for the day the swelling goes down. I can recommend it to my friends and the people around me without hesitation. I also really loved how sincerely they cared for me
My crooked nose had always stressed me out, so I came to Kowon thinking I'd at least get a consultation. I came in with a light heart at first, but I liked the doctor's sincere consultation and attitude so much that I ended up having the surgery.
Beyond the surgery itself, I also really liked the kind attitude of the consultation manager and the other staff. I also really loved how wholeheartedly they took care of me after the surgery, so much so that I never felt the aftercare was lacking in the slightest.
You made me think of it as the clinic I'd recommend unconditionally if anyone around me is interested in nose surgery, and I send my thanks to everyone at Kowon who worked hard on my surgery!

I had nose surgery and fat grafting, and I'm so satisfied! At first I was anxious, and it felt like putting a knife to my face, so I was scared, but they consulted with me in detail and relieved the anxiety I felt! They kindly gave me a thorough consultation and even showed me exactly how I'd look after surgery, so I think I could trust them and leave it in their hands even more!
I don't live in Seoul, but I'm so satisfied that all the back and forth from out of town hasn't felt like a waste of time or money! Everyone says my nose has become pretty and natural, so my self-esteem has gone up too, and if you're anxious like me, I recommend going to Kowon Plastic Surgery :)
The fat grafting was also really satisfying for me, since I didn't have much fullness in my cheeks or face! Now that my face has filled out, my contours look more natural and I think I've gotten prettier~!

I don't think you need to worry
I wasn't someone with big complaints about my looks, but it always bothered me that I had a bit of a bulbous nose. Still, I wanted to make a little change before I got any older, so I had consultations at several clinics. The reasons I chose Kowon among them were, first, that the doctor pinpointed most accurately what my nose shape was like and why I currently felt it was lacking, and also that there were lots of reviews of bulbous nose surgery. For the surgery, I asked for my bulbous nose to be softened while keeping it as natural as possible.
In the end, the shape came out very satisfying, and since then they've checked it thoroughly every time I've come to the clinic, so I'm very happy. The friends around me who know I had my nose done say it turned out well, and people who don't know also say my nose is pretty, and I agree. Anyway, I'm very satisfied, so I don't think you need to worry much about the clinic or the doctor.

My low nose with very visible nostrils was a huge complex for me, but I was able to overcome it through nose surgery at Kowon Plastic Surgery. I get scared easily, so I agonized a lot before the surgery, but with the consultations and care I received at the clinic, I was able to get through the surgery safely.
The consultation manager and the doctor were thorough from the very first consultation and gave clear, straightforward answers to my questions, which was really great. I was grateful that they took good care of me not only before the surgery but after it too.

Ever since I was a kid, I heard a lot that my nose was too low, so it was a complex of mine. After 4 years of agonizing and only going to consultations, I decided on surgery and saw it all the way through to the end :)
There was also a clinic where I had put down a deposit, but after coming to Kowon Plastic Surgery and having a consultation with the doctor, I decided right away to have my surgery at Kowon, deposit or no deposit! Once you actually have a consultation, you'll see why I made this decision, because the doctor explains things so well ♡

A clinic I can recommend to my friends and family too
While I was worried about my low nose, I decided to have surgery and came in for a consultation for the first time. The consultation manager and the doctor were so kind and trustworthy that I didn't even need to visit anywhere else. I booked my surgery right away and had it done, and it was an excellent choice.
After the surgery, the doctor took thorough care of me too, so if I ever have surgery again, I'd want to have it here.
The result is exactly what I wanted, a natural nose that isn't overdone, so I'm so satisfied, and it's a clinic I can recommend to my friends and family too.

My surgery went safely, and I'm spending each day satisfied.
I'd been thinking about nose surgery for almost 10 years, and about 2 years ago I made up my mind and started visiting clinics. This was the first place I visited, and after going around to several places, the reason I finally settled here was that it has one doctor, specializes in noses, and doesn't use implants. Above all, the kind consultation manager took such good care of me that I was drawn to it even more.
I'm only on day 5, so I still need to see more of the swelling go down, but my surgery went safely and I'm spending each day satisfied. Thank you~ :)!

I think it's a kind and skilled clinic
I'd been interested in nose surgery for a few years, but when it came to actually doing it, I got scared and couldn't bring myself to act. Then I saw an acquaintance gradually change after having nose surgery at Kowon Plastic Surgery, and on their recommendation I came in for a consultation first. Even though it's a one-doctor clinic, they gave every consultation client, one by one, plenty of time, and I liked how carefully they listened during a long consultation to what kind of nose I wanted and what nose style would suit me.
Also, both the doctor and the consultation manager kindly explained the care needed before nose surgery and the aftercare after surgery in a relaxed atmosphere, so even though it was my first surgery, I didn't feel very scared or nervous. They also consistently check my post-op care and how my nose looks as time goes by. I think it's a kind and skilled clinic.

It was so reassuring.
It was my first time having surgery in Korea, so I was nervous, but the Japanese-speaking staff stayed by my side at every step, from booking and consultation to the day of surgery, which was very reassuring.
Also, every time we met, they took their time listening to whether anything had changed in what I wanted and whether I had any concerns or questions, so I was able to understand the surgery more deeply.
After the surgery, too, the nurses carefully did the disinfection and tape changes, making them as painless as possible. During my follow-up visits, the doctor personally checked my progress and treated me every time, so I felt at ease.
There's still some swelling, but I'm looking forward to it going down. I want to show my family in Japan soon.

A clinic I'd like to recommend to my friends too!
My first surgery at another clinic left me with a nose that was too artificial and high, which upset me, but I had revision surgery at Kowon Plastic Surgery and I'm satisfied. Rather than blindly making it higher, the surgery took the harmony of my whole face into account, and I'm happy that the result seems natural!

A clinic that makes me believe my nose will turn out pretty!
This is my first nose surgery after two years of thinking it over, and after consultations at 5 plastic surgery clinics, I chose Kowon Plastic Surgery.
They really went into detail on things like the cost and the nose shape I wanted, showing me photos and explaining kindly so I could understand. I also had to postpone my surgery date suddenly, and I was so grateful that the clinic understood.
Since it's my first cosmetic surgery, they've taken care of me so I could trust them, from the very beginning until now, day 5 after my nose surgery, including explaining the precautions. I still have lots of visits to the clinic ahead, but it's more comfortable than other clinics, so I can come without worry.

If it's Kowon, I think it's worth trusting them with your surgery
When I was little, I fell while running, and I lived with a crooked nasal bone for 23 years before deciding to have surgery. At first I was very scared, worried and anxious. But when I asked the kind consultation manager and the doctor about my worries and things like that, they explained kindly and in detail, so I could decide on the surgery with peace of mind. After the surgery was over, the doctor looked after me through recovery and even post-op care, and I was so grateful.
Nose surgery is something you really agonize over, but if it's Kowon, I think it's worth trusting them with your surgery. I went from a crooked nose with a hump, rhinitis and a drooping nose tip to being reborn with a pretty nose. If you're thinking about a nose job, I recommend Kowon ^_^

I love it so much, all the time I spent hesitating over revision feels wasted ^_^
I had revision surgery because an acquaintance had surgery here and it turned out so well! After my previous surgery, the scar was easy to see and my bulbous nose wasn't improved either, but I'm happy because it seems much better now!
The doctor always sees me at every follow-up, so I trust them more! The consultation manager is kind and great too! I love it so much that all the time I spent agonizing over revision surgery feels like a waste ^_^

It was great to fix it along with my rhinitis
Since I was little, I was teased a lot because of my hump nose, and it stressed me out, so it was great that I could fix it along with my rhinitis. My nose tip was low and wide, so I wanted it higher and wanted a defined bridge line, and for now, after the surgery, my nose tip has gotten higher, so I'm satisfied. The bridge is still swollen, though, so I think I'll have to wait a bit longer to know :)

Honestly, nothing else matters: a nose specialty clinic.
Deciding on nose surgery at the age of 40 wasn't easy. I had an arrow-shaped nose, a long nose, a witch nose where all you could see was my nose when I smiled. In photos all you could see was my nose, so I gradually came to hate even looking in the mirror. Even when I took off my top, it would catch on my nose T_T And why were my nostrils so big... At least my bridge was high.... Anyway, well... it's all in the past tense now~
I'm a married woman with a kid, but if I always had one wish, it was to get a nose job.. Now that I have some breathing room in my life, I searched online and looked into things a lot so that I wouldn't end up needing revision surgery, and that's how I found Kowon.. Honestly, nothing else matters: a nose specialty clinic. That one thing is why I went for a consultation.. I even cancelled the consultation I had booked elsewhere and decided on Kowon right away..
My choice was such a good one, and I'm truly, truly grateful to the doctor and the consultation manager who consulted with me. My handwriting is a mess because I wrote this in a hurry.... but this is a real review. I could recover after surgery without any worries
It was my first nose surgery, and after a lot of thought I had it done at Kowon Plastic Surgery, and I think I made a really good choice! The consultation was kind and thorough, and they captured the nose shape and feel I wanted so well that I was so, so satisfied. They did the surgery well too, and they explained the precautions in detail, which was so great.
They took good care of me after the surgery too, and I also liked that they answered quickly even when I asked questions on KakaoTalk. Above all, the doctor checked on me personally every time and explained my progress in a way that was easy for me to understand, so I could recover after surgery without any worries.

My nose had always been my biggest complex of all my features. I went around to consultations at several clinics, and I decided on this one because the doctor's consultation was the one I trusted most.
I'm so satisfied because I can see the improvement in my droopy nose tip and blunt nose! I also had relatively little bruising and swelling, so my satisfaction was beyond what I expected.
I'm a high school senior who just finished the college entrance exam, so I keep recommending Kowon Plastic Surgery to friends around me who are thinking about nose surgery! The improvement compared to before is so clearly visible that I'm totally satisfied! ^^

"This is the place, no question"
Since it was a revision surgery, I carefully looked into a list of several clinics, and while choosing, I settled on Kowon and a few other clinics and had consultations. Almost half ready to give up, I visited Kowon last.
The moment I first met the doctor, I already had a powerful feeling in my head and my heart: "This is the place, no question," it had to be here. I think there are probably only a few places, Kowon among them, that go through every consultation so thoroughly and even lay out the direction of the surgery so clearly.

Hello, I'm Kim Hyun-woo and it's been 2 weeks since my operation.
Hello, I'm Kim Hyun-woo, and it has been two weeks since my surgery. When I first came for a consultation, I noticed that the hospital wasn't big like a factory, and all the staff were very friendly. During my consultations with the consultation manager and the doctor, they explained everything to me in a friendly manner, and I liked that the doctor pinpointed exactly what my concern was.
On the day of the operation, my eyes were immediately swollen, which worried me. However, by around the third day the swelling had moved downward. When I came in to remove the cotton from my nose, it was a little painful and it stung, which was uncomfortable. When I returned before the first week to have the stitches and splint removed, the swelling had gone down considerably and the pain was manageable.
When the splint was removed, I saw that there was still some swelling, and as I hadn't shaved and couldn't wash my face, I looked a bit scruffy, so I wasn't that happy with it. However, as the swelling continued to reduce and I was able to wash my face, I noticed that my nose looked slimmer and much higher. It looks best from the side and I really like it!
Now in the second week, the swelling has gone down compared to the first week and I feel like my nose has come down a bit, but I'm so pleased that I just hope it doesn't go down any further.

After removal of the Baiko procedure...
I felt like I had a ticking time bomb in my nose because of the Baiko procedure I had six years ago, so I decided to have it removed and replaced with silicone and cartilage from my ear. I am pleased with the results.
Because the swelling at the tip of my nose hasn't gone down completely yet, it still feels a bit high, but I think the shape looks much nicer from a three-quarter angle! I was worried that the recovery would be slow because I had a lot of swelling, but thankfully it healed quickly.
I've been to the hospital often since the operation for aftercare and have had laser treatment for the swelling, which seems to have had a good effect. Thank you so much! ^^

I could tell he was a real veteran!
After my first nose job went wrong, I looked for a place to have a revision and found Kowon Plastic Surgery. I had heard many positive things online about the doctor being friendly and skilled at natural-looking surgery, which made me trust the clinic even more.
During my initial consultation, the consultation manager was so friendly that I was very satisfied, and I was also very happy with my consultation with the doctor! After visiting many hospitals, I found that most of them didn't understand my concerns and problems very well. However, Dr. Kim Hyung-taek immediately understood my concerns and I thought, "Wow, this person is really a veteran!"
I was able to predict the results of my operation to a certain extent with a virtual 3D Photoshop, which made me feel at ease about the procedure. Just as the rumours said, the doctor is very meticulous and kind! He always treated me in a way that lifted my spirits, both during the consultation and the treatment.

The doctor is really so sweet! I chose Kowon because of him and I'm glad I did. The aftercare is consistently good and the appointment system is convenient. Sometimes there are a lot of patients and I get pushed back a bit, but all things considered, they deal with it very quickly, which is great for our busy modern society.
Most importantly, as for the shape of my nose, the doctor shaped it well according to the proportions. I'm very happy!

I felt confident because of the attention to detail

I felt reassured and confident.
Despite receiving comments that I was late to the game at 30 when my friends were in their 20s, I thought to myself that I was the youngest I'd ever be in my life and I went to the clinic with a nervous heart.
On my first visit, the incredibly kind and detailed explanations from the consultation manager eased my nerves and allowed me to share my various facial concerns in detail. They answered all my questions, which made me feel more at ease.
When I had my consultation with the doctor, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly he was. He explained everything in a caring and thorough manner, as if he were someone I had always known, which made me feel like I could trust him with my body. Whenever I seemed anxious, he gave me sufficient explanations and reassurance, which made me feel very comfortable as a patient.
The system of having one doctor for all consultations before, during and after the operation, and the fact that it wasn't factory-style surgery, also won me over ^^ During the operation, when I felt anxious before the anaesthetic, both the doctor and the nurses reassured me and when I woke up it was all over.
During the after-care they explained my concerns and I appreciated that I was able to see the doctor each time and ask any questions I had about the operation directly. It made me feel safe and confident.
I am really pleased with the results and people around me are already asking where I had it done and complimenting me on how well it turned out. This was my review of Kowon Plastic Surgery, which I would like to recommend to others.

I loved everything about it
After searching for a clinic for over a month using apps and forums, I discovered Kowon and loved everything about it. The fact that the guardian can watch the surgery in real time via CCTV, the thorough post-operative care system and the reasonable prices are what set it apart from other clinics, and I really liked them.

I think it was an excellent choice!
Before coming to Kowon, I had been to about four different clinics for consultations, but after meeting the doctor, I made an appointment for surgery the same day.

It was a truly amazing experience.
After undergoing rhinoplasty 15-16 years ago (outside Seoul), I was considering a revision due to problems such as a collapsed tip, a borderline between my eyebrows and a bulbous tip. Although it wasn't easy to travel from my hometown to Seoul, after having my splint and stitches removed today and checking how it looks, I feel it was worth the trip.

I felt trustworthy
Before having nose surgery, I narrowed down a list of 10 clinics to 3 and went for consultations. I was afraid of having nose surgery, and I had comforted myself by calling it a "bulbous nose", which made it hard to work up the courage. Finally, I decided to visit Kowon Plastic Surgery just for a consultation.

Ah... this is the place!

I highly recommend Kowon!
I visited Kowon Plastic Surgery after being referred by a close friend when I was considering nose surgery. I was nervous and scared, but the doctor and nurses were all so kind that I finished the operation well and the swelling started to go down, which made me very happy with my new nose shape.

I had been very stressed about my bulbous nose since high school and kept agonizing over it, and after becoming an adult in college, I decided to have nose surgery. I feel so comfortable now
After wearing double eyelid tapes for a long time, my eyes became very droopy, so I decided to have double eyelid surgery. I'm having a happy day!
My nose was low, my nostrils were visible and I had excessive fillers and Hiko nose threads. The doctor mentioned that I needed an osteotomy because of my wide nasal bone and hump, which made me quite anxious before the operation. However, after the operation I felt no pain and woke up in the recovery room.
When the splint was first removed, my nose looked lifted and I was worried that something had gone wrong. But now, in the second week, the tip of my nose has settled down and looks natural, and people around me say I look better after the operation, so I'm spending my days happily. I hadn't originally planned to have a forehead fat graft, but during the nose surgery I thought, "Let's give it a try!" and I don't regret it. I recommend nose surgery + forehead fat grafting.

First of all, thank you so~ much for giving me a beautiful nose~♡ Living in a different region, I had to rely on the internet for information. I think the shape is getting better.

When it comes to nose surgery, it's customary to research different hospitals and Kowon was one of the places I chose. I had my first consultation at Kowon, where the doctor personally answered all my questions. I have nice nostrils now.
It's been 2 weeks since my surgery at Kowon Plastic Surgery. When the splint was first removed, the side profile was perfect and the wings of my nose looked slimmer from the front. As the swelling has gone down over these 2 weeks, it has become natural. I love that everyone around me now calls me "nostril handsome". I regret not having the operation earlier!

Yay!
<After removing the splint>
Finally, at the one-week mark, I had the splint removed. I was so nervous I couldn't open my eyes, but after 10 seconds, ta-da... A youthful face. That was my first impression.
My long nose is gone, yay! I was worried because my nostrils seemed upturned, but as the days went by the swelling went down and the upturned feeling went away too. The area between my eyebrows, which used to be high, has been neatly lowered, giving a natural look to anyone who sees it, so I can meet people without feeling self-conscious.

I am very happy!
I've always heard that a man's face looks good if his nose is nice and prominent. I finally decided to have a nose job and found Kowon Plastic Surgery through my niece's recommendation. I have always had a complex about my wide nose and I wanted to reduce the size of my nostrils and the tip of my nose. I had heard that nose surgery can be risky, so I researched many clinics. Although there are many excellent doctors, incidents such as surgeries by proxy made me nervous. While I was wondering what to do, I heard about Kowon, a clinic with only one surgeon, through my older sister's recommendation and made an appointment right away ^_^

My family and friends tell me I look beautiful!
I had a complex about my nose and was really unhappy with my side profile. I also knew my nose was crooked. I felt so good!

I have a deep sense of gratitude

I'm having happy days
Having some free time, I decided it was time for nose surgery, and while searching on an app, I found a clinic whose name alone made it clear that it specialised in nose surgery, which made me feel confident, so I made an appointment for a consultation. During the consultation everyone was very friendly, which I really appreciated. To be honest, I had only decided to do it without researching much, so I didn't know much about nose surgery, but following the doctor's recommendations led to a satisfactory result.
The tip of my nose, which was a bit low and blunt, was raised using my own cartilage, giving me a beautiful nose shape. I also had a septoplasty, which has definitely made breathing easier. Because it was done with my own cartilage, I didn't have to worry about inflammation or side effects, which is a huge relief.

I gained confidence
I had a lot of complexes about my nose for a long time, and after a lot of thinking, I decided to have a nose job. While searching for a clinic, I came across Kowon Plastic Surgery. Since they specialise in nose surgery and I gained confidence during my consultation with the doctor, I decided to have the surgery at Kowon.
After the surgery, they provided excellent post-operative care and I think the swelling went down quickly. I'm very pleased with how much my nose has changed compared to before. The consultation manager even gave me peeling pad cosmetics as a gift, which I'm using really well.
Although the swelling hasn't gone down completely yet, I've been told that it takes at least six months to see the final results, so I'll keep watching. Once the swelling goes down I think I will be even more pleased with my new nose!

Since it was my first nose job, I did a lot of research online and found that Kowon Plastic Surgery was well known, so I thought, "Why not book a consultation?" I went in with a light heart and ended up having the surgery.. haha

I'm happy to have surgery in a trustworthy hospital
After undergoing a Bayco procedure, the threads showed through the tip of my nose, and eventually I developed an infection that required surgery. The hospital where I had the Bayco procedure is now closed, so I looked for a trustworthy hospital.
I had surgery to remove the threads and the doctor gave me a detailed explanation before the operation. I had a lot of bruising and swelling, but now it has all gone down and I have no major discomfort. There is a scar where the tip of the nose was stitched, but that's unavoidable because of the previous infection.
I hope I don't get any more infections in the future and I'm relieved to have been operated on in a trustworthy hospital.

I decided to boldly remove the silicone and lower the area between my eyebrows, and I am very pleased with the result.
It looks natural, but from the side it's also quite glamorous. The aftercare was meticulous, with careful attention to swelling management and consultations, and I'm so, so satisfied ~ I think it's down to the doctor's attention to detail. I’ve always had a slight complex about my dorsal hump, so I started looking for a rhinoplasty clinic. I focused on clinics with only one doctor rather than larger hospitals, and that’s how I chose Kowon Plastic Surgery. I was particularly impressed that the doctor specializes in rhinoplasty. I'm happy looking at my nose
Four years ago, during my senior year of high school, I often heard people saying that I would be pretty if I just had a nose job. This caused me a lot of stress, so I searched for rhinoplasty clinics and discovered Kowon Plastic Surgery. At first I thought that a private clinic might not be as skilled as a big hospital, but after consulting here and several other places, I found that the doctor only recommended the procedures I really needed and identified my problems.
At that point, I was determined to go ahead with the surgery and even made an appointment, but due to my parents' late opposition, I ended up not going through with it. However, I was determined to have the surgery at this clinic and four years later I finally did.
Every time I returned, the doctor and staff were always friendly, and thanks to the calm demeanour of the reception staff and the surgical team, I felt that I was recovering well after the operation without any worries. I liked the shape of my nose from the first moment after the operation and after a week, as the swelling went down, I could see that it was getting slimmer.
My friends have complimented me on how well it has turned out and I am happy every day when I look in the mirror at my smaller, slimmer nose. I can even smile comfortably without my nostrils flaring. I'm excited about what's to come
From a young age, I had a low bridge, large nostrils and a wide nose, which made me very self-conscious. Three years ago, I couldn't afford a full nose job, so I opted for nostril reduction and fillers. Right after the procedures, I had more of a bridge and my nostrils were much smaller, so I was happy for about a year, but over time the fillers spread sideways and my nostrils seemed to return to their original size, so I decided I should have nose surgery soon.
I then consulted Kowon Plastic Surgery, where, unlike other clinics, I did not find any unnecessary recommendations for additional procedures. The doctor specialises in rhinoplasty and only operates on 2-3 patients a day, which reassured me. The friendliness of the consultation manager and the doctor helped me win over my parents, who were against it, and go through with the operation.
When I first had the splint removed, because I have sensitive skin and tend to swell easily, the line looked good but I wondered if my nose had become too big. But now, two weeks after the operation, I see the swelling going down every day and I'm looking forward even more to the results.

If I could go back in time, I would still choose Kowon
I picked this clinic because the doctor is famous for rhinoplasty and is the only surgeon here. People often ask me if the operation was painful, but I didn't feel any pain at all and everyone was very friendly.

Over a decade ago, I had a foreign body injected into my nose. I had my first operation outside Seoul about 15 years ago, but over time the tip of my nose began to droop significantly, which led me to decide to have another operation. I really liked the aftercare!
I visited several clinics but couldn't find one I liked until I came to Kowon Plastic Surgery. On the day of my consultation, I was so impressed with the doctor, the consultation manager and the overall atmosphere of the clinic that I decided to have the surgery.
Unlike other places, I was able to use Photoshop to visualise the shape of nose I wanted, which was great. On the day of the operation, I spoke to the doctor again and felt comfortable throughout the procedure.
I really liked the aftercare, as they kept checking on my progress at the clinic 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after the surgery! I think this level of care was possible because it's a one-person clinic!

They were very thorough in addressing my concerns and worries and paid great attention to detail both before and after the surgery. I've wanted to have a nose job since I was a student, but I was strangely afraid of it. Maybe it's because it's in the centre of the face. After more than ten years of thinking about it, I forgot about it until I saw a friend who had had an operation here and she looked so beautiful that I immediately booked a consultation and an operation without even considering other clinics.
The main reason I didn't hesitate was that Kowon specialises in nose surgery. Even after the operation, the doctor personally checked the taping and the healing process every time, which was wonderful!! I'm really moved by my beautiful new nose.
I started having fillers in my late 30s, but after having them dissolved and injected again and again, I came to really want surgery. A friend had surgery at Kowon two years ago, and I had heard that it turned out beautifully, so I decided to visit Kowon as one of the few clinics I was looking into.
Feeling desperate, I carefully examined the atmosphere of the clinic and the post-operative care. First of all, our handsome doctor! He performed the operation himself and was very attentive all the way through the aftercare, which really touched me!!
I was so nervous the night before the operation that I couldn't eat. But when the operation was over and I was in the recovery room, I felt a mixture of relief and joy. Now that I'm in my 40s, it really took a lot of courage to decide to have nose surgery.

Strongly recommend Kowon Plastic Surgery
I wanted my bulbous nose to be naturally improved rather than be overly evident or flashy. I also wanted a clear difference between before and after.
I visited seven or eight different clinics, including Kowon Plastic Surgery, for consultations, and my consultation with Dr. Kim Hyung-taek at Kowon Plastic Surgery resonated with me the most, so I decided to have my surgery there.
The points Dr. Kim Hyung-taek raised were the same ones I heard at other hospitals, but some clinics suggested noses that were extremely glitzy and gave off a "Pinocchio" vibe. On the other hand, Kowon Plastic Surgery pinpointed exactly the nose I wanted and talked in detail about my slightly protruding mouth and the general harmony of my face.

I Highly recommend Kowon!
My nose originally had a lot of fat at the tip, and the bridge was low, which made me so self-conscious that I hated taking selfies T_T
But now, I regret all the time I spent worrying about the surgery because I am so satisfied with the results!
Like many others, I went around to different hospitals, but the doctor at Kowon was the only one who took the time and care to pay detailed attention to my case. Since my forehead is low, we were able to talk about many design factors for my nose, from a bridge height that would suit me to my concerns about osteotomy. He took the initiative to bring up the topic of osteotomy, unlike other clinics that didn't.
Now, I am so, so, so happy with my new nose!!! If you struggle with a wide nose and think you have too much fat on your nose, I definitely recommend "Kowon" :-)

It was very satisfying without any discomfort.
I have always wanted to get rhinoplasty ever since I was a student.
But when it came to actually doing it, I was scared, and I think I also worried that problems might come up later.
But I still wanted it so badly that I did my research really thoroughly.

My mom likes my nose the most!
Since childhood, I have had a blunt nose, and perhaps due to wearing glasses for a long time, I developed a hooked nose.
Although my overall facial balance was good, I was disappointed with the flat and plain impression caused by my bulbous, hooked nose.
The doctor took into account not just my slightly long midface and sharp facial shape, but also the nasolabial angle, which I had never seriously considered.

I feel great everyday after rhinoplasty!!
I used to have a fat, droopy, hooked nose.
But after the surgery, I now have a pointier + slimmer nose. My mom says that since I got my nose done, I don't look like mom and dad's daughter anymore, and she tells me I'm pretty and envies me.

I had a low bridge, a hooked nose, a small nose, and even wide nasal bones, which made my nose a real complex for me.
My face lacked dimension, and my nose made my face look wide and flat T_T So while I was looking into nose surgery, I heard by word of mouth that Kowon is a clinic that specializes in noses and is really good and well known, so I came all the way from Daegu to Seoul. I went for consultations at 4 or 5 clinics that were said to be well known, and the clinic I trusted most was Kowon!
From the surgery until now, two weeks later, there hasn't been a single moment when it hurt! I'm also very satisfied with the result! I wanted a natural nose, and even though only two weeks have passed, it looks very natural. That doesn't mean there's hardly any change, though. It turned out exactly the nose shape I wanted, the very nose I showed the doctor during my consultation... It's so natural that you can't tell I had surgery, but I promise it's a dramatic before and after. Now that my nose has more dimension, my face looks much smaller and prettier. I want to ★Highly Recommend★ Kowon Plastic Surgery!!!
Since I live in the countryside, I traveled to 5 or 6 different clinics to inquire about nose surgery. I still wasn't satisfied, so I made another trip to Seoul to find more options. I considered this last clinic my final option and went in for a consultation. The doctor was incredibly kind and instilled so much confidence in me that I decided to go ahead with the surgery right away.
After the surgery, the swelling wasn't too severe, and I had requested a natural look. When I met up with friends afterward, they said I looked prettier, but they couldn't tell I had a nose job, so I think it turned out very natural. The shape and line of my nose came out so pretty, exactly how I wanted, so now I'm living like it's my own nose!!

I’m really satisfied and my insecurity is gone
I had a hard time with my bulbous nose and my nose that spread and drooped when I smiled.
A year after my first surgery, which I had with high hopes, I saw my nose drooping and spreading again, so I made up my mind to have surgery again.
I initially thought that a muscle resection would do the job, but the doctor really understood how I felt, and I was able to have bulbous nose surgery too, which I had wanted in order to improve my nose further but hadn’t had the courage for.

I was interested in getting rhinoplasty because the bridge of my nose was very low near the area between my eyebrows and my nostrils were wide.

I've wanted to get a nose job since I was a student, but fear and nerves kept making me put it off.
Eventually, I enlisted in the military.
During my service, I noticed that some of my fellow soldiers had undergone rhinoplasty and were serving without any issues, while many others were planning to get nose surgery after their discharge.
Seeing this, my desire for rhinoplasty naturally grew.

It makes me proud for no reason.
I had concerns about revision rhinoplasty due to complications and unresolved bulbous nose issues from another clinic, but I’m so satisfied with the results that I feel like I made the right decision.

They were very sweet to me.
I got a recommendation from my coworker, and I came to the clinic for a consultation in early March, but I was still hesitant about getting rhinoplasty.

I feel grateful and I want to recommend this clinic.
I didn’t want to get nose surgery, so I started looking into non-surgical options.
I found out at another clinic about a procedure that uses scaffold threads and fillers to lift the nose, so I decided to go for it.
However, I later discovered that the side effects of this procedure can be quite severe, so I made up my mind to have it removed before any inflammation occurred.

I wanted to spend more time on the research for my rhinoplasty, but I decided to have surgery at Kowon Plastic Surgery since I didn’t have enough time to do more research. Kowon had also been recommended to me.
I can’t honestly say what makes Kowon different from other clinics since I didn’t look into other places, but I didn’t bruise much after the surgery, and the swelling went down quickly. Thanks to that, my daily life was comfortable.
There have been no side effects either, so even though it’s only been 2 weeks, I'm very satisfied.
The consultation manager was very kind, and they never pressured me to write a review or pay a deposit, so my worries before the surgery clearly eased.
They only have one doctor, which I liked more.
I don’t think I would need any revision surgery on my nose, but if I have surgery again or if people around me are considering rhinoplasty, I think I would refer them to Kowon.

Ever since my childhood, having no bridge on my nose always stressed me out.
My nose was a complex for me from my school days, and it stressed me out so much that covering my nose when taking photos became a habit.

I’m really excited.
I got fillers on my nasal bridge since I had a low bridge on my nose, and ever since then I kept wanting to have rhinoplasty.

Kowon is too perfect.

I feel confident now
I decided to have the rhinoplasty after I saw the result from my friend who had surgery in Kowon Plastic Surgery. The hump on my nose had been my insecurity, and I was so happy to see it cleanly gone. I used to hate showing my side profile, but now I can proudly show it, so I feel my confidence is growing too. I don’t feel any side effects, and have no problems in my daily life. I think I made the right decision to have the surgery.

I think Kowon is the best at rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty
Seven years ago, I had a nose surgery, and at some point, I noticed that my nose had become deformed.
Due to contracture, my nose became shorter and upturned, so I began considering revision surgery.
While searching for clinics specializing in nose revision surgery, I came across Kowon.
I had consultations at other clinics as well, but Kowon Plastic Surgery was different in many ways.
The fact that the doctor himself consulted with me gave me a lot of confidence, and knowing that he would personally perform the surgery further strengthened my trust.
The consultation was incredibly kind, and even without me saying anything, the doctor somehow knew exactly what I wanted and handled everything, just like that.

I genuinely think Kowon is the best
I personally hated taking photos due to the deviated shape of my nose and the hump.

I feel so happy and proud
I had been researching nose surgery for 3 years when I came across Kowon Plastic Surgery, and I kept meaning to look into it and go for a consultation. I can’t wait to see my final result!
I decided to have revision rhinoplasty on my nose because I was not satisfied with the shape from my first rhinoplasty and the tip of my nose was drooping too much.
Compared to other clinics, I liked that the doctor pointed out exactly what my problem was on my nose and explained the necessary measures to solve the problem with confidence.
He also used Photoshop to explain it from the side in a way that was easy to understand.
It’s only been 2 weeks since the surgery, but I'm much more satisfied than I was two weeks after my first surgery, so I'm even more excited to see how it progresses. Even problems I hadn't noticed myself were improved, which made me even more satisfied with this surgery.

I had rhinoplasty when I was a minor, rushing into it without thinking. Because of the poor aftercare and the botched surgery, my complex about my nose actually got even bigger after the surgery. If you want to avoid a bad scar by your own rib cartilage, then Kowon …
The tip of my nose always made me feel stressed, and I think it turned out beautiful and natural. I still need to see how it progresses, but I think it will look pretty once the swelling goes down. I liked the post-operative care. Other clinics scared me because they seemed to churn out patients like a factory, but this clinic is not like a factory: the doctor pays attention to each patient individually and seems to take even better care of you after the surgery, which I liked. When it comes to autologous rib cartilage, I think Dr. Kim Hyung-taek really is the best. The scar is only 2 cm, and it doesn’t seem like it will leave much of a scar on my body, so if you’re having your nose tip done with your own rib cartilage and don’t want scars on your body, I hope you’ll have it done at Kowon.

Until I was past 30, I kept going back and forth about whether to get surgery, and now I regret not doing it sooner haha. I know I made the right decision for my nose.
I had a deviated septum correction surgery at an ENT clinic 10 years ago, but problems came up, so I started looking into revision surgery. I did a lot of research, and I chose Kowon Plastic Surgery since the doctor gave me the most relevant and trustworthy diagnosis on my nose. I didn't want to have surgery at a clinic that focused only on appearance, or with a doctor who focused only on the problems and scared me. Looking at the results, everything discussed during the consultation and all of my concerns have improved. I felt so reassured~

I had a small, short nose, so I always looked like a young student. Also my slightly crooked nose bothered me, so I started looking into rhinoplasty. I found out that someone I had always thought was really pretty had their nose done at Kowon Plastic Surgery, so I did a lot of research on that clinic, and found that they are really kind, and they have only one doctor, they provide CCTV(They don’t do a lot of surgery a day). I also found that they don't overtreat and that they take good care of patients after surgery.

I felt a sense of understanding, trust, and a glimmer of hope! Haha!
I've been considering rhinoplasty for 8 years, trying fillers and even threads, but I always felt disappointed by the temporary results.

I finally had rhinoplasty surgery that I’ve thought about for 10 years.
I was afraid that some shapes might not suit me, so I was looking for a doctor who does natural straight to slight ski-slope noses well, and the place I found was Kowon haha.
Rhinoplasty is such an important surgery that you really should visit a lot of clinics and get several consultations before deciding, but after my consultations with the consultation manager and the doctor, I just went for it! It took several years for me to decide to have a consultation for my nose after I was discharged from the army.
Since I'm from Gyeongsangnam-do, I thought a lot about having my nose surgery in Busan, but after the consultation, I decided that I should have my surgery at Kowon.
The doctor was very kind, and from the consultation to the reservation, unlike other clinics, it was systematic, and I definitely got the impression that they were specialized in rhinoplasty.

The swelling was just 20 to 30% after surgery
I had my primary rhinoplasty in another clinic and I didn't like the shape, so I decided to have my revision surgery at Kowon. The consultation before the surgery was really thorough, so I could spend a lot of time discussing the nose I wanted with the doctor.
I found my nose was really what I wanted to achieve, and amazingly, even though it was a revision surgery, the swelling was only about 20 to 30% of what I had after my primary rhinoplasty. So I think I could see the nose shape I wanted earlier ^^ I'm so satisfied~!

The swelling was not severe at all
I had a hump and bulbous tip on my nose, so that's why I considered having a rhinoplasty. My hump was caused by a nose fracture.

I would choose Kowon if I had to re-do my rhinoplasty.
When I visited Kowon Plastic Surgery, the doctor treated me warmly with a smile, so I was able to have the consultation feeling at ease. In particular, unlike other clinics, he designed a nose shape that kept the line I wanted while harmonizing with my face as much as possible.

I don’t even have much bruises on my face!
My nose was small and low, and when I smiled it spread out and the tip drooped.
Besides, I had a slight hump on my nose, so I was not satisfied with the overall shape of my nose, and I finally made up my mind to have the arrow nose correction along with height augmentation.

Kowon fixed my nose
I had been considering rhinoplasty for several years and had consultations at a lot of different clinics until I met Dr. Kim Hyung-taek from Kowon Plastic Surgery.
The reason I chose this clinic was because he gave me the most detailed and precise consultation on my nose.
Even after the surgery, he checks my progress thoroughly and reassures me.

I could solve the problem on my nose sooner than I thought.
About a year after my primary rhinoplasty, the tip of my nose started to get droopy.
As the tip of my nose drooped, the bridge of my nose was high but the tip was low, so I liked the shape of my nose even less than before the surgery, and it made my mouth look relatively more protruding.
So I've been considering getting revision rhinoplasty for one year and my friend recommended Kowon Plastic Surgery and that's how I got to meet Dr. Kim Hyung-taek.
He diagnosed well what kind of implant material would be right for my nose, and he carefully examined me and performed the surgery so that the side effects from my first surgery would not come back.
So I made a reservation the very next day after my consultation and had the surgery quickly.
I had a lot of questions before the surgery, and the consultation manager always replied very promptly whenever I reached out, so my questions were resolved quickly.
In the end, I had the silicone in my bridge from the first surgery removed and had the tip of my nose raised with rib cartilage only.
With the silicone removed, I think my impression now looks less harsh than before.
It was partly thanks to my friend’s referral, but because I trusted the doctor and the consultation managers, I wasn't nervous at all before the surgery, and it went well without any problems!

I got my surgery without any pain!
I had to use my own rib cartilage, and also ear cartilage for my rhinoplasty since my ear cartilage and septal cartilage were not enough.
The surgery was done under sleep sedation, and it was completed without any major pain before or after the surgery.
From day 1 to day 3, until the packing in my nose was removed, I had to breathe through my mouth and it was really uncomfortable for me whenever I had food. Apart from that, there were no big problems.
I know it depends on the person but the swelling was not really severe in my case. Rather, my cheeks were quite swollen and looked puffy.
I had to be careful with my rib area after the surgery since they used both my rib cartilage and ear cartilage.
I couldn't lie on one side when I slept, which was uncomfortable, but as I took the medication and looked after it, my pain gradually disappeared and the discomfort faded.
After the packing inside my nostrils was removed (days 4 to 7), I focused on taking light walks and managing my swelling.
I still couldn't take a shower because I was wearing a compression binder, which felt unpleasant, but luckily I could wash my hair if I was careful.
I removed stitches seven days later, and I saw in a few reviews that stitch removal was painful so I was scared, but it turned out it was not painful or hurtful at all!
I would say it was more of a stinging feeling, but even that was not enough to bother me.
Clearly, once the cast on my nose and the stitches were removed, the swelling on my face went down noticeably by around the start of the second week. I still have some swelling on my nasal bridge, and I also had rhinitis surgery at the same time, so my nose is a little blocked, but the nasal cleaning and consultations provided by the clinic have made it comfortable enough.

Hoping for a more refined and masculine look, I got greedy about the shape of my nose several times.
I ended up with a contracture and went through a lot of heartache, but the days when I hated taking selfies are over.
The result is so successful that now I'm not even afraid of the camera haha
