PATIENT REVIEW

It’s been one month!

First rhinoplasty

Outcomes and side effects vary from person to person. Bleeding, infection, swelling and asymmetry may occur. Please consult our medical team before making a decision.

It’s been a month since my nose surgery on 18 June.

I’m so glad I listened to the doctor when he said to lift just the tip. Looking at it now, if I had raised the bridge as well, it would have been too much.

In a month the swelling has gone down a lot, the redness on my tip is gone, and everyone around me says it looks more natural now that the swelling is down!

There’s no pain at all now, but I still have to be careful blowing my nose, it still feels a bit firm, and it catches on my mask, which is uncomfortable — but I think it will be fine with a little more time.

Since the surgery I pay more attention to my side profile than my front, and seeing my nose sit higher makes me feel good.
